- 2 (16.3-oz.) tubes biscuit dough
- 4 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 c. finely grated parmesan
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 3 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 3 c. shredded mozzarella
- 1 1/2 c. shredded cooked chicken
- 1/4 c. buffalo sauce
- 1 tbsp. ranch dressing
- 1/2 c. shredded cheddar, divided
- 3/4 c. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry
- 1/2 c. chopped artichoke hearts
- 1/3 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. shredded gruyère
- 1/4 c. shredded monterey jack
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp. finely grated parmesan
- pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 c. finely grated parmesan
- 1/4 c. ricotta
- 1 tsp. italian seasoning, divided
- 1/2 c. pizza sauce
- 1/4 c. mini pepperoni slices
- 1/4 c. shredded mozzarella
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2 jalapeños, seeded, finely chopped
- blue cheese crumbles, finely sliced chives, finely chopped fresh parsley, and torn fresh basil, for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Cut each biscuit into four pieces and pinch the edges to form balls. Arrange them around the edges of the baking sheet, creating quad sections down the center.
- Brush the formed biscuit dough with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and garlic powder.
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese and mozzarella, beating with a mixer on medium speed until mixed well.
- In a separate bowl, mix the chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and half of the shredded cheddar along with spinach, artichoke hearts, sour cream, gruyère, Monterey jack, garlic, two tablespoons of Parmesan, red pepper flakes, ricotta, and half a teaspoon of Italian seasoning.
- Layer this mixture into the centers of the biscuit quadrants, followed by pizza sauce, mini pepperoni, remaining cheddar, more mozzarella, crumbled bacon, and jalapeños. Finish with a sprinkle of the remaining Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until biscuits are golden and cheese is melted. Garnish with blue cheese, chives, parsley, and basil before serving.
Notes
This dip can be prepared ahead of time. Simply assemble it and refrigerate until ready to bake.
