Description

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless & skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons fajita seasoning (salt-free)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper
  • 1/2 green bell pepper
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  • Slice chicken into half-inch strips and bell peppers and onion into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a bowl, mix avocado oil, fajita seasoning, and salt, then add chicken and veggies, tossing to coat.
  • Spread the mixture in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook at 380°F (190°C) for 11 minutes, shaking halfway through, then cook for another 11 minutes until done.
  • Serve with warm tortillas and desired toppings.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container; refrigerate for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
