- 1 lb sliced bacon (cut into thirds)
- 4 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- â…“ cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking tray with foil.
- Mix melted butter, lemon juice, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Marinate shrimp in the butter mixture for about 15 minutes.
- Wrap each shrimp with a piece of bacon, securing with a toothpick, and place on the tray.
- Sprinkle half of the brown sugar over the shrimp.
- Bake for 7-8 minutes, flip, and sprinkle remaining brown sugar before returning to oven.
- Bake for another 7-8 minutes until shrimp are pink and bacon is crispy.
