These Baileys Chocolate Truffles are a delightful no-bake treat featuring rich flavors and simple preparation. Made with creamy Baileys, cocoa, and crunchy biscuits, they’re perfect for any occasion.

- 400 g biscuits nice / biscoff / graham crackers / tennis
- 1 can (13oz / 375g) condensed milk
- â…“ cup (50g) cocoa powder
- 4 tablespoons baileys original cream liqueur
- ½ cup coconut for coating the truffles
- ½ cup chocolate sprinkles for coating the truffles
Instructions
- Crush the biscuits in a large ziploc bag with a rolling pin or in a food processor until they form crumbs.
- Transfer the biscuit crumbs to a mixing bowl.
- Add the condensed milk, cocoa powder, and Baileys to the crumbs and mix well.
- Combine the ingredients using your hands until thoroughly mixed.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Form the chilled mixture into balls the size of glass marbles.
- Roll each ball in coconut or chocolate sprinkles and place in paper cases.
- Chill the truffles in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Notes
For best texture, ensure the mixture is well chilled before forming into balls.
You can substitute the Baileys with any other flavored liqueur if desired.
