  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Allow the chicken thighs to come to room temperature and pat them dry.
  • In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper to create the seasoning mix.
