  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Sear the chicken in olive oil for 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
  • Sauté minced garlic then add chicken broth; simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  • Stir in cream cheese and fresh chives until smooth.
  • Place chicken in a baking dish, pour sauce over it, and sprinkle with cheddar if desired.
