- 6 slices prosciutto
- 1 sourdough bread loaf
- 8 ounces Brie cheese
- ½ cup pistachios
- 2 tablespoons hot honey
- 1–2 teaspoons thyme
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Arrange prosciutto on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until crispy.
- On another baking sheet, place half the sourdough loaf and top with sliced Brie.
- Chop the crispy prosciutto and sprinkle over the Brie.
- Bake the assembled bread for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Drizzle with hot honey, add pistachios, thyme, and sea salt before serving.
Notes
Use pancetta or bacon as substitutes for prosciutto.
Adjust honey based on your preferred sweetness level.
