Description

Brie Cheese Bread combines creamy Brie, crunchy prosciutto, and sweet honey into a delightful dish. Quick to make and perfect for gatherings, it’s a must-try for any food lover!


Ingredients

  • 6 slices prosciutto
  • 1 sourdough bread loaf
  • 8 ounces Brie cheese
  • ½ cup pistachios
  • 2 tablespoons hot honey
  • 12 teaspoons thyme
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • Arrange prosciutto on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until crispy.
  • On another baking sheet, place half the sourdough loaf and top with sliced Brie.
  • Chop the crispy prosciutto and sprinkle over the Brie.
  • Bake the assembled bread for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted.
  • Drizzle with hot honey, add pistachios, thyme, and sea salt before serving.

Notes

Use pancetta or bacon as substitutes for prosciutto.
Adjust honey based on your preferred sweetness level.
