  • Granulated Sugar (1 1/4 cups)
  • Brown Sugar (1/4 cup)

  • All-Purpose Flour (3 cups)
  • Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp)
  • Cream of Tartar (2 tsp)
  • Baking Soda (1 tsp)
  • Coarse Salt (1/2 tsp)
  • Cinnamon Sugar Coating (1/4 cup sugar + 3 tsp cinnamon)

Instructions

  • Brown the butter in a saucepan until golden and nutty.
  • Mix granulated and brown sugars with warm butter.
