This Buttery Herb Croissant Stuffing combines rich, flaky croissants with savory vegetables and aromatic herbs. A comforting dish perfect for festive dinners!

- 12 cups chopped butter croissants
- 3/4 cup salted butter + 2 Tbsps
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups chopped celery
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tsps On Everything All-Purpose Blend
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp sea salt, optional
- 2 large organic eggs, whisked
- 1 cup chicken stock, organic
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a baking dish.
- Chop butter croissants into bite-sized pieces.
- Melt butter and sauté garlic and onions until translucent.
- Add celery and seasoning, cooking until soft.
- Combine croissants with sautéed veggies, eggs, and chicken stock in a bowl.
- Transfer mixture to baking dish and add extra stock if desired.
- Top with cubes of butter and bake covered for 20 minutes.
- Uncover and bake for an additional 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use day-old croissants for the best texture.
This stuffing can be made ahead and stored in the fridge overnight.
Feel free to substitute chicken stock with vegetable broth for a vegetarian version.
