Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Place the cabbage pieces on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss until well coated.
- Spread the cabbage into a single, even layer on a large baking sheet.
- Roast for 20–25 minutes, tossing once at the 15-minute mark, until tender and caramelized with browned edges.
- For added color and crispiness, broil for 1–2 minutes while watching closely.
- Remove from the oven, add any desired toppings, taste, and adjust seasoning. Serve warm.
