Ingredients

- 3 cups (510g) white chocolate chips
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- ½ cup chopped candy cane pieces
Instructions
- Line a 9×9" or 8×8" baking dish with foil and spray with nonstick spray.
- Combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a bowl and microwave for 1 minute. Stir and heat for another 30 seconds until smooth.
- Stir in vanilla and salt, then fold in candy cane pieces.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 1 hour until firm.
Notes
To avoid graininess, ensure white chocolate is fully melted before adding other ingredients.
Store fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
This fudge can be frozen for up to 3 months, wrapped individually.
