Description

This Candy Cane Fudge is an easy, delightful treat featuring creamy white chocolate and crunchy peppermint. Perfect for gifting or enjoying during the holidays!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups (510g) white chocolate chips
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ cup chopped candy cane pieces

Instructions

  • Line a 9×9" or 8×8" baking dish with foil and spray with nonstick spray.
  • Combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a bowl and microwave for 1 minute. Stir and heat for another 30 seconds until smooth.
  • Stir in vanilla and salt, then fold in candy cane pieces.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for about 1 hour until firm.

Notes

To avoid graininess, ensure white chocolate is fully melted before adding other ingredients.
Store fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
This fudge can be frozen for up to 3 months, wrapped individually.
