Ingredients

  • Light Brown Sugar (½ cup or 100 g)
  • Heavy Cream (¼ cup or 60 ml)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a springform pan.
  • Mix melted butter, sugar, cocoa powder, and sea salt in a bowl, then add vanilla and eggs.
  • Fold in flour and spread the brownie batter in the prepared pan.
  • Bake brownie layer for 15 minutes and cool.
  • In another bowl, blend cream cheese, sugars, and heavy cream until smooth; add eggs and vanilla gently.
  • Pour cheesecake batter over cooled brownie and tap to release air bubbles.
  • Bake for 55 minutes to 1 hour until set on edges, jiggle in center.
  • Cool in oven for 10 minutes, then chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
  • Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
