Description
These Charcuterie Cups burst with flavor and creativity! With sharp cheddar, pepper jack, salami, and fresh fruits, they are perfect for quick dinners or gatherings.

- 12 plastic cups
- 24 6-inch bamboo toothpicks
- 12 cubes sharp cheddar cheese, 3/4" (about 8 ounces)
- 12 cubes pepper jack cheese, 3/4" (about 8 ounces)
- 24 slices salami
- 24 slices pepperoni
- 12 whole strawberries
- 12 whole blackberries
- 36 whole blueberries
- 12 macarons, (or another cookie)
- 24 chocolate covered pretzels, (or plain pretzels)
- 12 crackers
Instructions
- Prep any ingredients, such as cutting cheese cubes or slicing meats. Gather 12 individual cups, 24 large toothpicks, and the rest of your ingredients.
- On 12 toothpicks, arrange 1 whole strawberry, 1 whole blackberry, and 2-3 blueberries. On the remaining toothpicks, arrange 1 cube of cheddar cheese, 1 cube of pepper jack cheese, 2 slices of salami, and 2 slices of pepperoni.
- In each individual cup, place 1 fruit skewer, 1 meat and cheese skewer, 1 cracker, 2 chocolate covered pretzels, and 1 macaron.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
Feel free to substitute other fresh fruits as per your preference.
Macarons can be replaced with any cookies of your choice for variety.
These cups can be prepared ahead of time; just keep them refrigerated until serving.
