Description

Cheeseburger Nachos offer a delightful mix of crispy tortilla chips topped with seasoned beef, gooey cheese, and fresh veggies, making it an irresistible comfort food for gatherings or a cozy night in.


Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • ¼ cup yellow onion, finely diced
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 2 tablespoons hamburger seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 bag (10 to 12 ounces) tortilla chips
  • 1 ½ cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ cup dill pickles, finely diced
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, finely diced
  • ½ cup shredded lettuce

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a skillet, heat oil and brown beef with onions until fully cooked and drained.
  • Stir in mustard, seasoning, and garlic; cook until fragrant.
  • Spread chips evenly on the baking sheet and layer with the beef mixture.
  • Top with shredded cheese and bake for 7 to 9 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
  • Whisk together sauce ingredients until smooth while nachos bake.
  • After baking, top nachos with pickles, tomatoes, and lettuce; drizzle sauce on top.

Notes
