  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Chilli Crisp or 1 tsp Dried Chilli Flakes
  • 1 Sweetheart Cabbage
  • 4 tbsp Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Hazelnuts (chopped, optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut sweetheart cabbage into quarters, keeping the core intact.
  • Combine melted butter, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and chili. Brush over cabbage wedges.
  • Place wedges cut-side down on a baking sheet and roast for 20-35 minutes until tender and charred.
  • Melt remaining butter in a skillet, add Panko and garlic powder, toast until golden brown.
  • Sprinkle toasted Panko, chopped hazelnuts, and parsley on roasted cabbage before serving.
