Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Butter
  • 8 oz Dark Chocolate
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1/3 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • 23 tbsp Milk/Cream

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Melt butter and dark chocolate in a double boiler until smooth.
  • Whisk in granulated sugar, then add eggs one at a time, blending well.
  • Fold in flour, cocoa powder, and salt until combined.
  • Pour batter into the prepared pan, spreading evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  • Cool brownies in the pan for 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  • Whip softened butter in a bowl, then mix in powdered sugar and cocoa powder to make the buttercream.
  • Once brownies are cool, pipe buttercream on top and decorate with colorful sprinkles.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 3-5 days.
For longer storage, refrigerate for up to a week, or freeze wrapped individually for up to 3 months.
