Description

These Cranberry Orange Protein Balls blend chewy oats, tangy cranberries, and creamy cashew butter for a delightful, nutritious snack. Perfect for any occasion!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups rolled oats
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup cashew butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • 12 Tablespoons almond milk
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Mix the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  • Combine the wet ingredients in another bowl until smooth.
  • Pour the wet mixture into the dry and mix thoroughly.
  • Add chopped cranberries and white chocolate chips, folding gently.
  • Scoop and roll into 1-inch balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
  • Chill for 15-20 minutes before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
For longer storage, freeze for up to 3 months.
