Ingredients

- 1 ½ cups rolled oats
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup cashew butter
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- 1–2 Tablespoons almond milk
- ¼ cup dried cranberries
- ¼ cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Combine the wet ingredients in another bowl until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry and mix thoroughly.
- Add chopped cranberries and white chocolate chips, folding gently.
- Scoop and roll into 1-inch balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Chill for 15-20 minutes before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
For longer storage, freeze for up to 3 months.
