- 2 (8 oz) Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1 cup White Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
- 1 cup Dried Cranberries, Roughly Chopped
- 1 cup Pecans, Finely Chopped
- 2 tbsp Fresh Chives, Chopped
Instructions
- Beat cream cheese and cheddar cheese until smooth.
- Stir in ½ cup cranberries, ½ cup pecans, and 1 tbsp chives.
- Shape mixture into a ball and chill for at least 1 hour.
- Combine remaining cranberries, pecans, and chives on a plate.
- Roll the cheese ball in the mixture until coated.
- Let sit at room temperature for 20 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a deer texture, mix in some Greek yogurt with the cream cheese.
Can be made a day in advance to enhance flavor.
Store in refrigerator for up to one week.
