Description

This Cranberry Pecan Cheese Ball is a blend of creamy cheese, tart cranberries, and crunchy pecans, perfect for festive gatherings or casual snacking.


Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz) Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 1 cup White Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
  • 1 cup Dried Cranberries, Roughly Chopped
  • 1 cup Pecans, Finely Chopped
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Chives, Chopped

Instructions

  • Beat cream cheese and cheddar cheese until smooth.
  • Stir in ½ cup cranberries, ½ cup pecans, and 1 tbsp chives.
  • Shape mixture into a ball and chill for at least 1 hour.
  • Combine remaining cranberries, pecans, and chives on a plate.
  • Roll the cheese ball in the mixture until coated.
  • Let sit at room temperature for 20 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a deer texture, mix in some Greek yogurt with the cream cheese.
Can be made a day in advance to enhance flavor.
Store in refrigerator for up to one week.
