  • Eggs (2 large, beaten)
  • Panko Breadcrumbs (65 g, 1 cup)
  • Vegetable Oil (6-8 tbsp)
  • Feta Cheese (200 g, crumbled)

Instructions

  • Mix honey, chili flakes, and hot sauce to create the glaze; warm slightly and set aside.
  • Slice chicken breasts horizontally into cutlets and season with spices and flour.
  • Set up breading stations: flour mix, beaten eggs, and Panko breadcrumbs.
  • Coat chicken in flour, then eggs, and finally in Panko.
  • Heat vegetable oil in skillet and fry chicken until golden and cooked through (165°F).
  • Broil chicken topped with feta cheese until softened and golden.
  • Drizzle with spicy honey glaze and serve hot.
