Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, reserving grease.
- Brown the ground beef in the skillet, adding onions and garlic until softened.

- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- In the last 30 minutes, stir in cream and grated cheese until melted.
