Instructions
- Add the diced tomatoes, sliced peppers, sliced onion, minced garlic, and chicken to a slow cooker.
- Sprinkle the fajita seasoning and black pepper over the chicken, then pour in the lime juice.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or on high for about 4 hours until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
