- 2 pounds baby potatoes (halved)

- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 12 ounces fresh green beans
- 10 ounces diced tomatoes and green chilies (with liquid)
- 4 Tablespoons butter (1/2 stick)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Slice the smoked sausage into bite-sized pieces.
- Halve the baby potatoes and chop the onions.
- Mince the garlic and trim the green beans.
- Add all the ingredients to the slow cooker, layering them evenly.
- Pour the diced tomatoes and green chilies over the top and add the butter, seasonings, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Stir gently before serving and enjoy.
