Description

This crustless quiche combines fluffy eggs with savory ham and fresh vegetables for a quick and satisfying meal. Perfect for brunch or a light dinner, its vibrant flavor and easy preparation make it a favorite for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked and chopped ham
  • ¾ cup broccoli (chopped small)
  • ¼ cup yellow onion (diced)
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Optional: chopped parsley or green onion for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9-inch pie dish.
  • In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until smooth.
  • Fold in ham, broccoli, onion, and cheese until evenly mixed.
  • Pour mixture into greased pie dish, spreading evenly.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, until center is set and top is golden brown.
  • Let cool for 5-10 minutes, garnish and serve.

Notes
