- 1 cup Instant Rice
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup Frozen Diced Onion and Bell Pepper Blend
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes with Chilies (undrained)
- 1.5 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 packet Fajita Seasoning
- 2 cups Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking dish.
- Combine shredded chicken, instant rice, cream soup, sour cream, veggies, tomatoes, broth, and seasoning.
- Spread the mixture in the prepared baking dish evenly.
- Cover with foil and bake for 35-45 minutes until rice is tender.
