Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Shredded Cooked Chicken
  • 1 cup Instant Rice
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Frozen Diced Onion and Bell Pepper Blend
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes with Chilies (undrained)
  • 1.5 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 packet Fajita Seasoning
  • 2 cups Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking dish.
  • Combine shredded chicken, instant rice, cream soup, sour cream, veggies, tomatoes, broth, and seasoning.
  • Spread the mixture in the prepared baking dish evenly.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 35-45 minutes until rice is tender.
  • Remove foil and add cheese on top; bake for an additional 3-5 minutes until bubbly.
  • Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes
