Ingredients

  • 2 skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup mirin
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 2 packs of your favorite ramen noodles
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise (divided)
  • 2 tsp minced garlic (divided)
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • Scallions
  • Bok choy

Instructions

  • Marinate the chicken in soy sauce, mirin, brown sugar, garlic, and ground ginger.
  • Cook the marinated chicken in a skillet over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
  • Boil eggs to your preference and blanch bok choy until tender.
  • Simmer chicken broth with soy sauce and mirin, then add ramen noodles and cook until tender.
  • Prepare serving bowls with egg yolk, mayonnaise, and garlic, adding hot broth and cooked noodles.
  • Top with sliced chicken, bok choy, scallions, and boiled eggs.

Notes

Use gluten-free soy sauce for gluten-free options.
Try adding sesame oil for extra flavor before serving.
Store leftover ramen separately from the broth to maintain texture.
