Instructions
- Boil salted water and cook gnocchi until they float, then drain.
- Sear the gnocchi in olive oil until golden and crisp on one side.
- Flip and cook until crispy all around.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Toss in spinach and cook until wilted.
- Season and fold in feta before serving.
Notes
