- 3 tablespoons soy sauce

- 3 garlic cloves (finely grated)
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger (finely grated)
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 scallions (thinly sliced)
- Toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil in a bowl; set aside.
- Pat shrimp dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; add shrimp in a single layer and cook for 1-2 minutes until golden.
- Flip shrimp and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until pink and curled; remove from skillet.
- Pour honey garlic sauce into the skillet and cook for 3 minutes until thickened.
- Return shrimp to the skillet, stir to coat, and heat for 1-2 minutes.
- Serve shrimp garnished with scallions and sesame seeds.
Notes
Fresh shrimp provides the best flavor; frozen can be used if thawed properly.
