Description

This Football Dip is a crowd favorite with its creamy, cheesy texture and savory flavors. Perfect for game day, it’s easy to prepare and simply delicious!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lb pork sausage
  • 10 oz Rotel
  • 16 oz Velveeta cheese
  • 8 oz cream cheese

Instructions

  • Brown the sausage in a heated skillet until golden brown (5-7 minutes).
  • Drain excess grease and return sausage to skillet.
  • Add drained Rotel to the skillet with the sausage.
  • Cube Velveeta and cream cheese, stir into the skillet until melted and smooth (5-7 minutes).
  • Serve warm with tortilla chips.

Notes

Store leftovers at room temperature for up to 2 hours, or refrigerate for 4 days.
Reheat gently in microwave or stovetop; mix in a splash of milk if too thick.
