- 2 lb pork sausage
- 10 oz Rotel
- 16 oz Velveeta cheese
- 8 oz cream cheese
Instructions
- Brown the sausage in a heated skillet until golden brown (5-7 minutes).
- Drain excess grease and return sausage to skillet.
- Add drained Rotel to the skillet with the sausage.
- Cube Velveeta and cream cheese, stir into the skillet until melted and smooth (5-7 minutes).
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
Notes
Store leftovers at room temperature for up to 2 hours, or refrigerate for 4 days.
Reheat gently in microwave or stovetop; mix in a splash of milk if too thick.
