Ingredients

- Lean Ground Turkey
- Taco Seasoning
- Canned Black Beans
- Diced Fire-Roasted Tomatoes
- Diced Green Chilies
- Frozen Corn
- Uncooked Quinoa
- Salsa Verde
- Water
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; add onions and ground turkey, cooking until browned.
- Sprinkle in taco seasoning and stir until fragrant.
- Add diced green chilies, black beans, tomatoes, corn, quinoa, salsa verde, and water; mix well.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer, covered, until quinoa is fluffy and liquid is absorbed.

Notes
