Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 small Onion
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Basil, Chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic, Minced
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 Fine Sea Salt
  • 1 French Baguette, Sliced
  • 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Crumbled Feta
  • Balsamic Vinegar Glaze

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Dice tomatoes and onion, remove seeds, and mix in a bowl with basil, garlic, oregano, pepper, and salt.
  • Slice baguette diagonally, brush with olive oil, and bake for about 8 minutes until golden.
  • Drain excess liquid from tomato mixture and spoon onto toasted baguette slices.
  • Drizzle with balsamic glaze and optional feta before serving.
