Description

These Heart Palmiers are a delightful combination of flaky pastry, caramelized sugar, and white chocolate, making them perfect for any celebration or cozy treat. Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups white granulated sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 bag white chocolate melting chips
  • ¾ cup Valentine’s nonpareil sprinkles

Instructions

  • Mix white granulated sugar and salt in a bowl.
  • Sprinkle sugar mixture on a clean surface and on top of puff pastry.
  • Roll and fold the pastry to create heart shapes.
  • Chill the dough for 30 minutes in the fridge.
  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Slice chilled dough into ½-inch pieces and place on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Melt white chocolate chips and dip cooled palmiers in the chocolate, adding sprinkles.
  • Allow to set on a wire rack before serving.
