- 1 ½ cups white granulated sugar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 bag white chocolate melting chips
- ¾ cup Valentine’s nonpareil sprinkles
Instructions
- Mix white granulated sugar and salt in a bowl.
- Sprinkle sugar mixture on a clean surface and on top of puff pastry.
- Roll and fold the pastry to create heart shapes.
- Chill the dough for 30 minutes in the fridge.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice chilled dough into ½-inch pieces and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Melt white chocolate chips and dip cooled palmiers in the chocolate, adding sprinkles.
- Allow to set on a wire rack before serving.
