This Honey-Lime Margarita-ish Mocktail features a delightful blend of lime juice, raw honey, and tonic water, along with a hint of jalapeno for a unique twist. Perfect for a refreshing drink at any gathering, it’s easy to prepare and packed with flavor.
Ingredients

- juice from one lime (plus one slice for garnish)
- 2 teaspoons raw honey
- 6 ounces tonic water
- 2–3 slices of jalapeno
- a dash of sea salt flakes
- 3/4 to 1 cup ice
Instructions
- Pour honey into a 14-ounce glass and add 1 to 2 tablespoons of hot water. Stir to dissolve honey.
- Pour in lime juice.
- Fill glass with ice and pour in about 6 ounces of tonic water.
- Add 2 or 3 slices of jalapeno, then stir.
- Sprinkle with some salt flakes, then garnish with lime slice.
Notes
Adjust the amount of jalapeno based on your spice preference.
For a sweeter drink, add more honey to taste.
For a sparkling twist, replace tonic water with ginger ale.
