Description

This cold brew coffee is refreshing and flavorful, made from just two simple ingredients. Perfect for hot days, it’s an easy way to enjoy smooth coffee at home.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup coarsely ground coffee (80g)
  • 4 cups cold filtered water (900ml)

Instructions

  1. Combine coarsely ground coffee and cold filtered water in a large jar or pitcher.
  2. Stir well to ensure all coffee grounds are saturated.
  3. Cover the jar and let it steep in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours, depending on your taste preference.
  4. After steeping, strain the coffee through a fine mesh sieve or a coffee filter to remove the grounds.
  5. Serve over ice and enjoy your refreshing cold brew coffee.

Notes

For a stronger flavor, allow the coffee to steep for up to 24 hours.
Adjust the coffee-to-water ratio to suit your taste preference.
