Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a 9×13-inch pan with foil and cooking spray.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine baking chocolate and butter. Heat on HIGH for 2-3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth, then mix in the sugar.
- Add eggs, vanilla, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, ¾ teaspoon of cayenne, salt, and 2 tablespoons of cocoa to the bowl and stir well.
- Gently incorporate the flour, followed by the mini chocolate chips into the mixture.
- Spread the brownie batter in the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few crumbs. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
- In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, ¼ teaspoon of cocoa, ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon, and a pinch of cayenne. Sprinkle this mixture over the sliced brownies.
