Description

These Mint Oreo Truffles are an irresistible treat combining minty cookie flavors and creamy texture. With simple ingredients and a no-bake method, they’re ideal for satisfying your sweet tooth.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (18.71 ounce) package mint oreos about 36 cookies
  • 8 ounces brick-style cream cheese softened
  • 1 pound almond bark
  • 1/3 cup green candy melts optional

Instructions

  1. Add the Mint Oreos to a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs are formed.
  2. In a large bowl, blend the Oreo crumbs and softened cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth.
  3. Use a 1-tablespoon scoop to portion the mixture, rolling it into evenly sized balls. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.
  5. Melt the almond bark according to package instructions until smooth.
  6. Dip each chilled truffle into the melted almond bark, tapping off the excess before placing them back on the lined baking sheet.
  7. If desired, melt the green candy melts and drizzle them over the coated truffles.
  8. Let the coating set completely before serving or storing.

Notes

For a quicker set, place truffles in the freezer for 15 minutes after dipping.
Ensure the almond bark is at a dipping consistency; if too thick, warm it slightly.
Feel free to customize with other candy melt colors for different occasions.
