- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 1 1/4 cup dairy free chocolate chips*
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup coconut sugar
- 1 cup almond flour, sifted
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°.
- Melt the coconut oil and chocolate chips together over low heat, stirring frequently until smooth. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine eggs and sugar, whisking continuously for at least 45 seconds to create a crackly top.
- Gently fold in the sifted almond flour and salt by hand to avoid over-mixing the batter.
- Pour in the melted chocolate mixture and stir by hand until combined.
- Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper or spray with nonstick spray, then pour the batter into the pan.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow cooling before cutting and serving.
Notes
