- Granulated Sugar

- Pine Nuts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix almond paste and sugar until resembling fine crumbs.
- Add egg white and mix to form a sticky dough.
- Roll pine nuts on a plate and coat dough balls with them.
- Shape dough into ping pong size balls and arrange on prepared sheet.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until edges are golden.
