Description

This Pimento Cheese features an irresistible combination of extra sharp cheddar and cream cheese, creating a creamy dip that’s perfect for gatherings. Quick to prepare and packed with flavor, it’s an easy choice for appetizers or snacks!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups extra sharp cheddar cheese
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • 4 ounces diced pimento (drained)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt (or dash table salt)
  • dash black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients.
  2. Use a hand mixer to blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning with more cayenne powder, salt, or pepper as desired.
  4. Serve with crackers and fresh vegetables.

Notes

This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for a few days.
Adjust the spice level by adding more or less cayenne pepper.
