- 2 cups extra sharp cheddar cheese
- 8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 4 ounces diced pimento (drained)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt (or dash table salt)

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients.
- Use a hand mixer to blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with more cayenne powder, salt, or pepper as desired.

Notes
This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for a few days.
