- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Pinch of red pepper flakes
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 15 slices pepperoni
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a pie dish with nonstick spray.
- In a medium bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes until smooth.
- Spread the creamy mixture in the bottom of the prepared pie dish.
- Spoon marinara sauce over the creamy layer evenly.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese, then shredded mozzarella, and top with pepperoni.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden. Let cool before serving.
Notes
For a dairy-free option, substitute vegan cheese for cream cheese and mozzarella.
You can prepare Pizza Dip a day in advance and bake it just before serving.
