- Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and press down evenly (using butter or parchment paper on your hands can help prevent sticking).
- Chill in the fridge for approximately 10-15 minutes, then cut into desired pieces.
- Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler, adding food coloring incrementally until achieving your preferred hue.
- Allow it to cool slightly before transferring to a piping bag. Cut a small hole in the tip.
