Description

  • Mini Marshmallows (two 10-ounce bags; 566g; 11 heaping cups)
  • Pure Vanilla Extract (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Salt (pinch)
  • Crispy Rice Cereal (9 cups; 270g)

Instructions

  • Prepare the pan by lining it with parchment paper and greasing it lightly.
  • Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat until bubbly.
  • Add the mini marshmallows, stirring until completely melted.
  • Remove from heat, then stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
  • Fold in the crispy rice cereal until well coated with the marshmallow mixture.
  • Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and gently spread it out.
  • Let it set at room temperature for about an hour.
  • Cut into squares or rectangles and serve.
