Instructions
- Prepare the pan by lining it with parchment paper and greasing it lightly.
- Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat until bubbly.
- Add the mini marshmallows, stirring until completely melted.
- Remove from heat, then stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
- Fold in the crispy rice cereal until well coated with the marshmallow mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and gently spread it out.
