- 8 oz Milk Chocolate Melting Wafers
- 8 oz White Chocolate Melting Wafers
- Coconut Oil
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread 1 teaspoon of peanut butter on the flat side of a Ritz cracker and top it with another cracker to make a sandwich.
- Freeze the sandwiches for 10-15 minutes to firm them up.
- Melt milk and white chocolate wafers with coconut oil in separate bowls in microwave, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each sandwich in melted chocolate, tapping off excess, and place back on the parchment.
- Sprinkle colorful sprinkles or edible glitter on top before the chocolate hardens.
- Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes until chocolate is set.
