Description

These Ritz Peanut Butter Cookies are a perfect blend of rich chocolate and creamy peanut butter between buttery Ritz crackers. Ideal for gatherings or a cozy snack, these simple, delightful treats are sure to win hearts fairly quickly!


Ingredients

  • Ritz Crackers
  • Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 8 oz Milk Chocolate Melting Wafers
  • 8 oz White Chocolate Melting Wafers
  • Coconut Oil

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Spread 1 teaspoon of peanut butter on the flat side of a Ritz cracker and top it with another cracker to make a sandwich.
  • Freeze the sandwiches for 10-15 minutes to firm them up.
  • Melt milk and white chocolate wafers with coconut oil in separate bowls in microwave, stirring until smooth.
  • Dip each sandwich in melted chocolate, tapping off excess, and place back on the parchment.
  • Sprinkle colorful sprinkles or edible glitter on top before the chocolate hardens.
  • Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes until chocolate is set.
