Description
These Sheet Pan Tacos are a delightful mix of savory ground beef, gooey cheese, and warm tortillas. Ideal for a quick weekday dinner, this recipe delivers satisfying flavors with minimal effort, making it a go-to for any family meal.
Ingredients
- ground beef
- onion
- taco seasoning
- tortillas
- cheese
- olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper, misting it lightly with oil.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef along with the onion, using a wooden spoon to crumble the meat until it's no longer pink. If there’s excess grease, drain it before adding the taco seasoning. Cook for an additional 3 minutes.
- For assembling the tacos, place about 4 tablespoons of taco meat in each tortilla, sprinkle with cheese, fold, and arrange them on the prepared sheet pan. Continue until all tortillas are filled, and lightly mist with olive oil.
- Bake the tacos for 20 minutes, flipping them halfway through and misting lightly again to ensure they are crispy. Serve immediately with your favorite toppings.
Notes
Feel free to customize the toppings with fresh veggies or guacamole.
Use lean ground beef for a healthier option.
