Description

This Simple Fruit & Yogurt Parfait is a delightful combination of creamy Greek yogurt, fresh berries, and crunchy granola. It’s quick to prepare, making it an ideal choice for breakfast, a snack, or a light dessert. The layers of flavor and texture will satisfy your taste buds and fuel your day!


Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup, optional – more as a drizzle
  • ¾ cup plain greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup berries , or any other fruit cut into small 1-inch chunks
  • ¼ cup homemade granola, or store bought granola

Instructions

  • If using a sweetener, mix it with the Greek yogurt in a small bowl until well combined.
  • To create the parfait, layer half of the yogurt at the bottom of a mason jar or bowl. Add half of the fruit and then half of the granola on top.
  • Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, fruit, and granola on top.
  • Finish with a drizzle of honey if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

Feel free to mix and match fruits based on your preference and seasonality.
You can prepare the ingredients ahead of time and assemble just before serving for a fresh treat.
