- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup, optional – more as a drizzle
- ¾ cup plain greek yogurt
- ¼ cup berries , or any other fruit cut into small 1-inch chunks
- ¼ cup homemade granola, or store bought granola
Instructions
- If using a sweetener, mix it with the Greek yogurt in a small bowl until well combined.
- To create the parfait, layer half of the yogurt at the bottom of a mason jar or bowl. Add half of the fruit and then half of the granola on top.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, fruit, and granola on top.
- Finish with a drizzle of honey if desired and serve immediately.
