  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strawberries, chopped
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  8. Place wedges on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
