- 1 (3.5 oz) pkg vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups of white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Cream softened butter, strawberry jello mix, and sugar in a mixing bowl for about two minutes until creamy.
- Add eggs, vanilla extract, and almond extract; mix until fluffy.
- In a separate bowl, whisk flour, pudding mix, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Add dry ingredients to wet mixture, combining gently and avoiding overmixing. Fold in white chocolate chips.
- Drop cookie dough on baking sheets, spacing them about two inches apart.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes until edges are golden.
- Let cool on baking sheet for 2-3 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
Use unsalted butter for better sweetness control.
You can use frozen strawberries ground into powder as a substitute for the jello mix.
