Description

These Taco Ranch Bites are a flavorful combination of seasoned beef, zesty ranch dressing, and crunchy tortilla chips, perfect for parties or casual snacking. Enjoy an easy-to-make dish that’s guaranteed to be a hit!


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 24 mini tortilla scoop chips
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
  • 1 small tomato (diced)
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • Sour cream
  • Guacamole
  • Salsa

Instructions

  • Cook the ground beef in a skillet until browned; drain fat.
  • Add taco seasoning, ranch seasoning, and water; simmer until combined.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F and arrange tortilla chips on a baking tray.
  • Fill each chip with the beef mixture, top with diced tomatoes and cheese.
  • Bake for 5–7 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Sprinkle with cilantro and serve with sides of sour cream, guacamole, and salsa.
