Description

These Tiramisu Cookies combine rich espresso and creamy mascarpone for a delicious and easy dessert. Perfect for gatherings or a sweet treat at home!


Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Espresso Powder

  • 1/2 cup White Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
  • 8 ounces Mascarpone Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 tablespoon Cocoa Powder

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Whisk dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Beat white sugar and butter until fluffy, then add egg and vanilla until smooth.
  • Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.
  • Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheets and bake for 13-14 minutes.
  • Cool cookies on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a rack.
  • Beat mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  • Pipe whipped mascarpone on cookies and dust with cocoa powder.
