Instructions

- Cool cookies on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a rack.
- Beat mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Pipe whipped mascarpone on cookies and dust with cocoa powder.
