These Valentine Breakfast Sliders combine crispy bacon, savory sausage, and melted cheese in soft pretzel buns. Easy to make and perfect for special occasions, they bring joy to any meal!
Ingredients
- Mini pretzel slider buns
- Bacon (4–5 strips)
- Ground pork sausage (16 oz)
- Large eggs (4)
- Milk (2 tbsp)
- Salt and freshly cracked black pepper
- Colby Jack cheese (4 slices)
- Unsalted butter (3 tbsp)
- Maple syrup (1 tbsp)
- Chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
- Add the ground sausage to the skillet and cook until browned, about 8-10 minutes.
- Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Scramble in a separate pan until fluffy, about 4-5 minutes.
- Assemble sliders with pretzel buns, sausage, scrambled eggs, bacon, and cheese in a baking dish.
- Melt butter and mix with maple syrup; brush over sliders.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and buns are warm. Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
You can substitute turkey bacon or sausage for a lighter meal.
Assemble sliders ahead of time and refrigerate, then bake when ready to serve.
