  • Water + Lemon or Lime Juice

Instructions

  • Cut Granny Smith apples into thin wedges and soak in lemon water to prevent browning.

  • Freeze the apple pairs for about 1.5 hours.
  • Cook corn syrup, sugar, and water to 300°F to create the candy coating.
  • Mix in food coloring and dip each apple slice in the warm candy.
